About Tracey Sullivan

I am a native Marylander, born and raised in Montgomery County. After living in Frederick for 13 years, I currently reside in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania with my husband Shawn. We enjoy spending our free time gardening, golfing, and traveling. Our son Matthew works and lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Dana and our grandson Camden. For over 20 years, I was employed in the dental field but always had a desire to pursue real estate. I realized it was time to make the change, and I have never looked back. Meeting and exceeding the expectations of my friends, clients, customers, and industry partners is what drives my passion for real estate. I take pride in the strong base of loyal repeat customers that I have acquired over the years.
