With over 36 years of experience in sales and customer service, Jennifer Deater brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to every real estate transaction. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and a Graduate Degree in Management, Jennifer combines her academic background with real-world experience to provide exceptional service to her clients.

As a licensed real estate agent at Charis Realty Group since January 2020, Jennifer has been instrumental in helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes. Her dedication to excellence is evident in her commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer is deeply rooted in her community. She and her husband, a retired Maryland State Trooper, have raised three children, two of whom have followed in their father's footsteps in law enforcement, while their daughter is a successful business owner. Jennifer's family also includes a proud member of the United States Navy, reflecting their strong ties to service and dedication.  She also has 8 grandchildren. 

Jennifer's passion for helping others extends to her specialization in assisting military families and first responders in finding their dream homes. Her personal experiences and understanding of the unique challenges faced by these communities make her an invaluable resource for those she serves. 

In addition to her real estate career, Jennifer enjoys the challenges and rewards of farm life and travel. As a local farm owner, she raises highland cattle, horses, goats, pigs, and chickens, offering her a wealth of knowledge for clients interested in agricultural properties.  Jennifer is also a travel agent and helps others make their vacations memorable.
